All are good now, most will age several more years

The estate's flagship white wine, made from 80 year-old Grenache Gris and Blanc and Maccabeu vines. Following on from a tasting of older Domaine Ravanès wines I presented to my local wine group in early 2023, we managed to secure a few bottles each of several older vintages (between 2005 and 2015) from the estate's "library stock". These are now available for you to buy, all priced at £37.99 (see above), but we are also offering this mixed half-dozen sampler case at the special price of £205 - a saving of over 10% on the individual bottle prices.
All of the vintages in this selection can be drunk now, with pleasure, although the "younger" ones still have plenty of potential for further evolution, whilst even the older ones will hold for a few years yet. You might choose to serve all 6 bottles together, in a "vertical" tasting (perhaps with your local wine group), or simply enjoy opening an occasional bottle, over a longer period. Either way, they will provide a fascinating and enjoyable insight into how well the great white wines of Languedoc can age and evolve so gracefully.
Vintages included in this selection: 2005, 2007, 2009, 2012, 2014, 2015.
